Ben Soper

Ben Soper currently serves as the Head of People - Integration at Aviva since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at Direct Line Group as Head of People and Senior People and Talent Partner from September 2023 to October 2025. Ben's experience includes serving as Director and Head of HR Business Partnering at Isio from July 2021 to September 2023 and as Senior HR Manager – Transformation at Santander UK from April 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, Ben managed HR at Asto UK, a Santander Group digital start-up, from August 2019 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Santander UK from March 2016 to July 2019 and various HR positions at NatWest Group, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and TMP Worldwide UK. Ben holds a BA Hons in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2007.
