Danielle Harmer

Danielle Harmer is currently the Group Chief People Officer at Aviva and the Chair of CHRO Network UK at Winmark. Previously, Danielle held roles such as Chief People Officer at Metro Bank (UK), Chair and Trustee of Charitable Trust at Guild of HR Professionals, and HR Director RBB Functions at Barclays Bank. With a background in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Southampton, Danielle has extensive experience in HR leadership roles within the banking sector, including positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Halifax.
