Donna McGuigan

Donna McGuigan possesses extensive experience in human resources and diversity initiatives, having held key roles at notable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People at Aviva, Donna previously worked at Transport for London as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion, alongside other positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Graduate and Apprenticeship Development Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Tesco as HR Projects Manager and Early Careers Recruitment Manager - Retail, as well as Recruitment Manager at G4S. Donna holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Gender Studies from the University of Birmingham.
