Hazel Johnson

Hazel Johnson is an accomplished professional in the insurance claims sector, currently serving as the Director of Personal Lines Home & Motor Claims at Aviva since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hazel held various leadership positions at Aviva from August 1999 to February 2021, including Vice President of Property Claims in Canada, Head of UK Property Claims, and Head of UK Home Claims. Additional roles included Operational Business Manager for Claims Analytics and Systems Thinking Lead for Motor Bodily Injury Claims. Hazel began the career as a Claims Handler and progressed to Senior Case Manager.
