Jennifer Austin

Jennifer Austin is the Co-Founder of All Generations Engaged, a UK-based non-profit that supports employers in building sustainable workforces. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Playworker at Thumbs Up Club and as a Sales Advisor at River Island. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Age Diversity Lead and Strategic Execution Manager at Aviva, where Jennifer co-chairs the Aviva Generations UK community, focusing on tackling ageism in the workplace and promoting a sustainable workforce.
