Jig Ramji is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Aviva and the Chief Talent Officer at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), Jig also holds notable positions as a Non-Executive Board Member (Trustee) at Roffey Park Institute and Director of Partnerships (Board Member) at UK ICF.
