Rachel Hannon

Rachel Hannon is an accomplished transformation leader with extensive experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer for UK Life at Aviva since May 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Strategy & Transformation Officer at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group from January 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading a global transformation initiative. Prior to that, Rachel was the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Transformation Officer at MS Amlin from 2014 to December 2019, playing a key role in developing a multi-year recovery plan that resulted in profitability. Earlier positions include Global Head of Change at MS Amlin and IT & Transformation Director at Bupa Global, alongside a tenure as Director of Information Technology at GE Capital. Rachel Hannon earned a degree from the University of Central Lancashire from 1990 to 1995.
