Radhika Kale

Radhika Kale currently holds the position of Head of Transformation- Retirement Solutions and COO at Aviva, where responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives and collaborating with strategic partners to enhance customer experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Strategy and Change Lead at HSBC, driving transformation initiatives and developing governance models for complex programs, as well as roles in program management and regulatory reform. Radhika also worked at Pearson as a Business Engagement Manager, overseeing finance outsourcing engagements, and previously at Cadbury plc. as an HR Business Partner focusing on shared services. Radhika holds a Master's degree in HRM & Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Mumbai.
