Brendan McHugh

Brendan McHugh is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Aviva Senior Living since February 2023. Prior to this role, Brendan worked at ReNew REIT as the Director of Investments from November 2018 to February 2023, starting as a Senior Associate in the same field. Before their time at ReNew REIT, Brendan held positions at Welltower™ Inc. from June 2015 to November 2018, starting as an Associate in Investments and later advancing to the role of Investment Analyst. Brendan started their career as a Credit Analyst at Signature Bank, N.A. from September 2013 to June 2015. Brendan earned a BS in Economics and Communication from Denison University.
