Joanne Launt has over 20 years of experience in customer service and legal support. Since February 2007, Joanne has held various positions at AVK UK Ltd, including Head of Customer Service, Sales Operations Manager, CRM & Data Support Manager, Commercial Officer, Business Assistant, and PA to Directors. Prior to this, Joanne served as a Legal Secretary at Shacklocks Solicitors and Investment Advisors Limited for one year and at BRM Solicitors for five years.
