Elza Fernandes

Elza Fernandes has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1997 as a Production Manager/Management Trainee at Ambev. Elza then moved on to work as a Finance Leader/Sr. Business Analyst at SKY Brasil from 1999 to 2004. In 2006, Elza worked as a Corporate Finance Intern at MWH. Elza then joined WhiteWave Foods in 2007 and held various roles including Sr. Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Brand Finance Manager, and Director of Finance, International. From 2017 to 2019, Elza worked at Danone as Director, Finance Transformation. Elza then joined Vail Resorts in 2020 as Director FP&A before moving on to become the CFO at Rudi's Rocky Mountain Bakery. Most recently, they are working as the CFO at AVL Growth Partners since 2023.

Elza Fernandes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Elza also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance, General from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business.
