Gary A. Baguio Jr. began their career in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Representative for the US Navy. In 2016, they held two positions: Avionics Technician for ACE Avionics and Reception and Information for Vet Centers. From 2018 to 2020, they worked for PKL Services as a Mag 11 Egress/ECS Sys Spec III and a Egress/Environmental Systems Technician Level II, Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative. Most recently, they have been employed at AVMAC LLC as the Quality Assurance Chief, where their duties include auditing, monitoring, and inspecting. Gary also proposes measures to correct or improve maintenance practices and inspects all final products and processes in order to meet established quality and compliance standards.

Gary A. Baguio Jr. began their educational journey in 2003 when they obtained an Aviation Structural Mechanic (Safety Equipment) Class AP, Core/Strand certification from the Chief of Naval Education and Training. In 2004, they received an EA-6B (INITIAL) Safety Equipment certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT. In 2007, they obtained a Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program and an Aviation Safety Equipment Technician Journeyman Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor. In 2011, they received an EA-6B Safety Equipment (CAREER) Organizational Maintenance certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT. In 2012, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia College. In 2013, they earned an Aviation Life Support System Configuration Management certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT, an F/A-18 E/F Environmental Control System and Safety Equipment (INITIAL) Organizational Maintenance certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT, an F/A-18 E/F Environmental Control System and Safety Equipment (CAREER) Organizational Maintenance certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT, an Aircraft Weight and Balance certification from the NAVAL AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING UNIT, and an EA-18G Cockpit Familiarization certification from Boeing. In 2014, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified certification from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). In 2016, they obtained an AAS in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Mohave Community College. From 2018 to 2021, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management - Information Security Cybersecurity Administrator with a Cybersecurity Administrator AIT Specialization - Information Security field of study from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Gary is currently enrolled in a MS Information Security and Assurance program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Gary also holds a T-3 Secret clearance and has been vaccinated for COVID-19.
