Ogi Asparouhov

Ogi Asparouhov is an experienced analytics professional with a robust background in predictive modeling and advanced analytics across healthcare, insurance, and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Analytics at AvMed since January 2019, Ogi previously consulted on advanced analytics solutions in these industries from February 2017 to December 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Data Scientist at LexisNexis|Risk Solutions, Elsevier, and MEDai, Inc., where Ogi led the development of numerous predictive modeling solutions and managed interdisciplinary teams. Ogi's career began at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, where a Ph.D. in Cybernetics and Pattern Recognition was earned, and significant contributions were made to research in classification, machine learning, and early diagnostic methods in medicine and economics.
