Lance Richard

Lance Richard has extensive work experience in the audio visual industry. Lance most recently served as the Director of Audio Visual at AVMS since June 2019. Prior to that, Lance worked as a Freelance Audio Visual Technician while being self-employed. From 2013 to 2018, they held the role of Banquets / Audio Visual Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Lance also gained experience as an Assistant Director at Swank Audio Visuals from 2006 to 2012. Lance began their career as a Lifeguard at Walt Disney World in 2003 and held the position until 2006.

Lance Richard attended Full Sail University from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Show Production and Touring.
