Rashmi Bhakta

Rashmi Bhakta is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in operations and business analytics, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations – Sales Enablement at Avnet since October 2006. In this role, Rashmi has led joint selling initiatives, focusing on root cause identification and process improvement. Previously, Rashmi managed global transfer and data analytics teams and automated business reporting processes as a Strategic Business Analytics Manager.
