Avi François Polak

Avi François Polak is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in commercial development and strategic partnerships across various industries, particularly in technology and sports. Currently serving as Head of Asia Pacific at TAR, a part of Avnon Group, Avi has a proven track record in overseeing operations and achieving substantial partnership agreements, notably during the tenure as VP Business Development at IQONIQ and as Director & Co-Founder at NGAGE SPORTEK. Previous roles include Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Magic Software Enterprises, where leadership in sales contributed to regional growth, and VP Sales & Distribution at Emoze, where innovative market strategies led to significant revenue growth. Avi's earlier experience includes managing key carrier relations at 013 Netvision and corporate development at KPMG, complemented by military service as a Staff Sergeant in the 98th Airborne Division.
