Navroz Vadsaria

Navroz Vadsaria has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2014, they started as a Team Member of OGCDP and IR at AIESEC in Chennai. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Project Coordinator at Graphic Creative, Inc. and as an IT and Human Resource Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority, where they migrated data to Sharepoint and created data and excel sheets for employee compensation.

In 2016, Navroz joined Equian as an RPA Developer, managing end-to-end RPA implementations and leading efforts to automate company-wide processes, resulting in significant labor hour reductions and increased ROI. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a National Project Manager at Ismaili Professionals Network (IPN).

In 2017, Navroz also started their tenure at Automation Anywhere, initially as a Pre-Sales Engineer, providing technical and engineering assistance to the sales team. They were then promoted to Senior Solutions Engineer, leading a team of 12 engineers and consistently exceeding revenue targets. They further advanced to the role of Sales Engineering Manager, where they provided strategic leadership and achieved commendable close ratios and revenue growth.

Prior to their current role, Navroz worked as a Sales Engineer at Appvance.ai, showcasing their technical expertise and supporting the sales team. Their most recent work experience is as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Avo Automation, where they utilize their knowledge to find solutions for clients.

Navroz Vadsaria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2016. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from SRM University, completing their studies in 2015. In addition to their degrees, Navroz Vadsaria obtained certifications in Automation Essentials from Automation Academy in June 2017 and became a Certified Scrum Master through the International Scrum Institute™ in February 2016.
