Karen Holta

Karen Holta has a diverse work experience history. Karen started their career at Vidsynet AS as a Conference and Event Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks including planning, customer meetings, invoicing, and staff training. Karen then moved on to HR Norge as a Board Administrator and later joined Sparebanken Vest as an HR Assistant, where they developed and implemented the company's onboarding process and provided HR support. Karen also had a role as a Tour Manager at Høyskolen Kristiania, leading a team on a market tour to promote higher education. Currently, they are working at Avo Consulting, where they have held multiple roles, including People Development Specialist, Head of People, and Head of Organizational Development.

Karen Holta obtained their MSc degree in Human Resources and Organisational Behavior from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in HR and Personaledelse from Kristiania University College, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Karen obtained certifications in "Prosesslederstudiet" from Lent AS in June 2021 and "Strengthscope® Accreditation" from Strengthscope® in October 2020.
