Yaara Refaeli

Yaara Refaeli has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Yaara started their career at Pelephone as a Sales & Customer Success Team lead, where they managed the sales team and achieved sales targets. Yaara then joined Tel Aviv University Sports Center- Campus Broshim as the Head of Marketing and Sales. In this role, they directed marketing activities, managed customer and partner relationships, and significantly increased revenue. Yaara then moved on to the Israeli Ministry of Justice as the Head of Digital Marketing, where they led digital marketing strategies. After that, they worked at AgileSparks as an Account Executive, where they helped customers succeed with their software challenges. Following AgileSparks, they joined Avo as the Head of Sales, where they set the sales strategy, built and managed a team, and oversaw recruitment and development of sales team members. Currently, Yaara is working at Salesforce as an Account Executive for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, offering digital marketing software solutions to customers. Throughout their career, Yaara has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, team management, and digital marketing.

Yaara Refaeli earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Katzir Rehovot High school from 1992 to 1998, focusing on Economics.
