Allison Hamm

Allison Hamm has been in the workforce since 2006, when they founded and worked as a photographer at Green Photography. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Office Manager at Commerce House. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Executive Assistant at Highland Capital Management, L.P. During this same time, they were also a Program Head for Slingterns by Slingshot, a Foundation Board Member for SLINGSHOT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, and an AMIN HR Leaders for AMIN Worldwide. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Manager at Slingshot and then a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Integer Group. Most recently, they were appointed the Head of People & Culture at Avocados From Mexico in 2022.

Allison Hamm attended Pratt Institute from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). In 2003, they also studied Painting, Drawing, and Photography at Pratt Institute in Tuscany, Italy.
