Fleur Minke

Fleur Minke is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and culture sectors. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Ekster® since March 2023, Fleur has previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Ace & Tate and Human Resources Manager at Zoku, where responsibilities included facilitating global living for professionals in a hybrid hotel environment. Fleur's career began with roles in various capacities at Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem and Angsana Laguna Phuket, where foundational skills in hotel management and operations were developed. Fleur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht.
