Rick Anguilla

Rick Anguilla is a seasoned professional in the sports and consumer brand sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of Avoli, the first brand dedicated to the performance needs of women and girl volleyball athletes, since June 2023. Prior to Avoli, Rick held the position of Principal at Guidance Counsel, where the focus was on aligning consumer and investor expectations from September 2019 to June 2023. Expertise in the industry was further developed as a Partner at Oregon Sports Angels and in various leadership roles at Dutch Bros Coffee, Under Armour, and Nike, culminating in over a decade of experience at Nike in brand communications and investor relations. Rick Anguilla obtained a BA in English from Marist College.
