Ciarán Reilly

Ciarán Reilly has a strong background in transaction structuring and pricing analysis. Ciarán started their career at BuroHappold Engineering as an intern in 2005 before moving on to work as a civil/structural engineer at Mott MacDonald from 2006 to 2011. Ciarán then joined Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail as a civil/structural engineer from 2011 to 2012. Ciarán returned to Mott MacDonald in 2012 as a project manager, where they successfully managed various engineering consultancy projects in the public and private sectors until 2017. Since then, they have been working at Avolon, initially as a pricing analyst from 2017 to 2020, then as a senior pricing analyst from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of VP Transaction Structuring since 2021. In September 2023, Ciarán will be promoted to the role of SVP Transaction Structuring.

Ciarán Reilly has an extensive education history. Ciarán received a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin in 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin in 2008.

In 2014, Ciarán pursued further education and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Subsequently, in 2019, they received a Microsoft Excel Master Diploma from IACT International Academy of Computer Training. This advanced certification showcases their proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Furthermore, Ciarán completed the Accelerated Leadership Programme from INSEAD in 2019. This program focuses on enhancing leadership skills and is highly regarded in the business community.

Taking their educational journey forward, Ciarán is currently pursuing a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) degree from CIMA. This program, spanning from 2021 to 2023, aims to develop their expertise in management accounting.

In terms of certifications, Ciarán obtained the Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) title from Engineers Ireland in 2012. This certification recognizes their professional competence and standing as an engineer.
