Clare Keon

Clare Keon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Keon started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Pannell Kerr Forster in 1985 and worked there until 1987. Clare then joined CSC Index as an Accountant from 1987 to 1990.

In 1990, Keon joined McKinsey & Company and served as the Director of Administration until 2009. Clare then took on different roles within the company, including Director of Finance and Administration in South East Asia from 2014 to 2017, Director of Finance Africa from 2018 to 2023, and Global Director of Internal Audit from 2019 to 2023.

Currently, Keon is working at Avolon as the Senior Vice President for Risk and Compliance since April 2023.

Clare Keon attended the Institute of Directors from 2008 to 2009, where they studied the role of director and business direction. Prior to that, they enrolled at Nebosh from 2007 to 2008 to focus on occupational health and safety. In 2001, Clare attended the National College of Ireland for business studies enterprise. Lastly, they attended the Institute of Taxation from 1992 to 1994, although their field of study during this time is unspecified.
