David Breen

David Breen has extensive experience in finance and corporate development, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Head of Finance, and previously as Financial Controller and Group Accountant at Avolon since April 2013. Prior to Avolon, David worked at KPMG in Ireland from February 2008 to March 2013 as an Audit Manager, specializing in financial services for the aircraft leasing and banking sectors, and managing a team of 20 professionals. David began in the audit field as an Audit Senior at KPMG and as an Audit Trainee at Grant Thornton Ireland, gaining foundational experience in financial reporting and audit processes. Additionally, David held a brief role as a Commercial Strategist at BT Ireland in 2005. David holds an ACA qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a degree in Business Studies with a focus on accounting from the University of Limerick.
