Jillian Ryan

Jillian Ryan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnership and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Avolon since March 2020, Jillian previously held the position of Director of HR, People and Performance Management at Broadridge from April 2012 to March 2020, where Jillian also contributed as a Board Member from 2016 to 2018. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Client Services and People Operations, and Financial Reporting Manager at International Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd, a State Street Company. Jillian holds a BA in International Economics and French from University College Dublin and Université de Caen, a Diploma in Business French from Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris, and an FCCA degree from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
