Julie Carroll

Julie Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julie is currently the Vice President Customer Engagement at Avolon since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Boeing as a Senior Account Manager from January 2020 to November 2021. During their time at Boeing, Julie was responsible for managing customer relationships and providing solutions to lessors and airlines.

Before joining Boeing, Julie held various positions at ECW Ltd. Julie served as the Commercial Director/COO from March 2009 to 2018, where they managed company operations and achieved significant cost reductions through lease negotiations and new business opportunities. Julie also implemented an IT and document management system that improved processes and reporting.

Julie's previous roles at ECW Ltd include Chief Financial Officer & Director of Sales from 2007 to 2009, Head of Accounts from 2002 to 2007, and Head of Sales from 1997 to 2002. These roles allowed their to develop expertise in finance, sales, and operations management.

Before their recent studies, Julie completed a Diploma in Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute in 2004. Wicklow.
