Dr. Kristin Köhler

Dr. Kristin Köhler has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Kristin started their career as a Public Affairs Intern at Pleon in 2005 and then worked as a Corporate Communications Intern at Deutsche Bank in 2006. In 2007, they gained experience in Financial Communications and Investor Relations as an intern at PR Partner - Society for Public Relations GmbH. Dr. Kristin also interned as an Investor Relations Intern at ThyssenKrupp in 2008.

From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Köhler worked as a freelance Communications and Investor Relations Consultant while also serving as a Project Lead and Communications & Knowledge Manager at the Academic Society for Corporate Management & Communication. During this time, they also held the position of Research Associate and doctoral candidate at the University of Leipzig.

In 2014, they became the CEO of the Center for Corporate Reporting, where they focused on corporate reporting and management. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Lonza, first as a Senior Manager and later as the Director of Investor Relations & Financial Communications. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director Internal Audit at Avolta, where they started in 2020.

Dr. Kristin Köhler completed their education at Leipzig University, where they obtained a M.A. degree in Communication Management, Business Administration, and Politics from 2003 to 2010. Dr. Kristin went on to earn a doctoral degree, Dr. rer. pol, in Communication Management with a focus on Investor Relations from Leipzig University between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, in 2006, they briefly studied Marketing at The University of Manchester.
