Mario Butterling

Mario Butterling has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mario currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Avolta since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources Switzerland at Dufry Group from November 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Dufry Group, Mario held multiple roles at Viking, including Executive Director Recruiting from January 2021 to October 2022, Director Recruiting from January 2016 to December 2020, and Senior HR Manager from July 2014 to December 2015.

Mario also worked as the Stellvertretender Geschäftsleiter at Gubelin from May 2010 to August 2012, and as the Human Resources Manager at HLS Management AG from April 2007 to April 2010. Mario's earlier experience includes positions such as Front Office Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from April 2006 to March 2007, Asst. Front Office Manager at Badrutt's Palace Hotel from June 2005 to June 2006, and Reception Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from October 2002 to May 2005.
