Marlon Solorzano

Marlon Solorzano is an experienced professional in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as the Country Head of Supply Chain and Logistics for Avolta since November 2021, overseeing operations for the Travel Retail cruises division. Previously, Marlon worked at B & G Operation and Marketing from June 2010 to November 2021 as the Director of Business Development and Supply Chain, where responsibilities included creating shipping strategies, coordinating production procedures, and implementing compliance and training programs. Earlier experience includes roles such as International Logistics Manager at Gap Inc., where Marlon managed import and export compliance, and Supply Chain Manager at Kosiuko Jeans, developing inventory systems. Marlon began a career in logistics at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, managing distributions for major accounts. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Albizu University.
