Paul Mamalian

Paul Mamalian has extensive legal experience, currently serving as EVP and General Counsel for Avolta North America and HMSHost since April 2010. Prior to this, Paul held the position of SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary at Apptis from August 2008 to April 2010, and served as General Counsel and Secretary at Choice Hotels International from July 2003 to February 2008. Additionally, Paul worked in various legal roles at Pillsbury Winthrop and Reed Smith between 1998 and 2002 and began a legal career at Sallie Mae from 1994 to 1998. Paul earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
