Jennifer Hill

Jennifer Hill is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of leadership in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Avon Old Farms since May 2011, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Kent School from January 2009 to May 2011. Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Human Resources for North American Operations at Dyno Nobel from September 1997 to April 2006. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
