Damian Garland

Damian Garland is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Respiratory Value Stream Manager at Avon Protection Systems since July 2008. In this role, Damian oversees the production of air purifying respirators and filters designed for chemical warfare protection. Previously, as Filter Value Stream Manager, responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations of the filter manufacturing business. Additionally, Damian has expertise as a Process Engineering Team Leader, providing technical direction to engineering teams to achieve cost improvements and enhance manufacturing efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Avon Automotive from 2002 to 2008. Damian holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with a focus on Plastics Option from Western Michigan University, completed in 2001, following education at Walled Lake Western from 1992 to 1996.
