Daysi Proano is a seasoned scientist with a robust background in product development and chemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Avon since April 2021, Daysi leads multiple product development projects, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and timeline targets. Previously, at Nouryon, Daysi collaborated with a global team to enhance product formulas and identify new opportunities. Experience at BASF involved implementing aseptic techniques and optimizing microbial testing protocols. Daysi's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from John Jay College and an Associate's Degree in Chemistry from Queensborough Community College, supplemented by a Life and Success Coach certification.
