Grzegorz Kostrzewa

Grzegorz Kostrzewa is a Senior Demand Planning Analyst at Avon since April 2021, specializing in forecasts based on internal calculations and machine learning, as well as data preparation using SQL and KNIME. Prior experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Finance Specialist at PepsiCo, where responsibilities involved tracking production costs and creating KPI tools, and as the Leader of Data Management Team at American Express, focusing on data quality and report generation. Grzegorz began career at Bank Pekao, initially as an Inspector in the President's Office and later as a Sales Specialist, and has also completed a stint in audit assistance at Moore Stephens and a trainee role in stock analysis. Grzegorz holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
