Mitzie Sabiniano is an experienced sales management professional with a career spanning over two decades, predominantly at Avon Cosmetics, Inc. Currently serving as the National Sales Training Manager since July 2022, Mitzie has previously held several key roles, including Senior Manager for Sales Support, where responsibilities included establishing sales processes contributing to sustainable growth and leading initiatives to enhance recruitment and customer retention.
