Phil Allsop

Phil Allsop is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in operations and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as Business Director at The Workhouse Gym Ltd since June 2020, Phil also holds the position of Head of OF&D Western Europe and European Strategy at Avon. As a co-founder of Nottingham Fine Art, Phil has contributed to making affordable art accessible to a wide audience. Prior experience includes roles as Account Director at Wincanton, Director of Operations at EVO Group, Operations Director at Co-operative Pharmacy (now Well), Head of Logistics at Euro Car Parts Ltd, Project Manager at Travis Perkins plc, General Manager at Unipart, and Logistics Manager at Whitefurze Ltd. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Coventry University and attended Bishop Milner Comprehensive for earlier education.
