Dereck Penrod is a seasoned automotive sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Avondale Dealerships since February 2016, Dereck focuses on enhancing the visibility of pre-owned inventory and overseeing vehicle acquisition. Previous roles include Business Improvement Manager, where oversight of new car sales operations aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand, and Sales Experience Manager, engaging with customers to meet their automotive needs. At AutoNation, Dereck led sales operations for the MINI brand and collaborated with marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes managing new car sales at Group 1 Automotive and serving as a Senior Member Relationship Specialist at USAA, where compliance and client care were paramount. Dereck's career began in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Avionics Technician, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayland Baptist University.
