Jimmy Ryan

Jimmy Ryan is an experienced professional in government relations and strategic communications, currently serving as Managing Partner at Avōq. Previously, Ryan co-founded Subject Matter and held the title of Managing Partner at Subject Matter+Kivvit. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Elmendorf/Ryan, Ryan contributed to the firm’s growth and success. Additionally, Ryan held the position of Senior VP for Federal Government Relations at Citi and served as Chief Counsel and Floor Policy Director for Senator Harry Reid. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Loyola University Maryland and earned a law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, between 1990 and 1993.
