Ajay Raju

Ajay Raju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and law. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Avstera Therapeutics Inc. since January 2022, Raju also holds key positions as Founder & Chairman of THE ARK INSTITUTE and Chairman of Raju LLP and Indigo Global, among several other organizations. Raju co-founded The Germination Project and The Philadelphia Citizen, exemplifying a commitment to community engagement and entrepreneurship. Additionally, Raju is the Managing General Partner of 215 Capital and previously held the roles of Chairman & CEO at Dilworth Paxson LLP and Managing Partner at Reed Smith. Raju earned a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a degree from Temple University.
