Roy has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Talent Acquisition & Infra at Avtar The Power of Diversity since March 2022. Prior to this role, Roy spent 18 years at AVTAR Career Creators in various positions, including Head of Delivery, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple industries. Roy also held roles such as Manager Client Services and Vertical Head of IT Recruitment, focusing on IT leadership hiring. Earlier in the career, Roy worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Cyber Systems from 1999 to 2003. Educationally, Roy holds a BA in Public Administration from the University of Madras.
