Victor Mesny

Victor Mesny has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Victor currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Quality at AvtechTyee since 2019. In this role, they lead the engineering and quality organizations, manages strategic planning, product design, and ensures compliance with quality standards.

Prior to this, Victor worked at GE Aviation, starting in 2006. Victor'sroles at GE Aviation included Sr. Director of Product Support, Engineering Director, Program Director for B787, and Boeing Programs Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for avionics product support, in-service reliability, and developing relationships with Boeing. Victor also represented GE Aviation Systems for B787 programs and successfully recovered and fostered strategic relationships.

Before joining GE Aviation, Victor worked at General Electric Aviation (formerly Smiths Aerospace) from 2005 to 2006, where they led systems and integration activities for the B787 Common Core System.

Victor'searlier experience includes working at Rockwell Collins from 1999 to 2005. At Rockwell Collins, they served as a Sr. Program and Product Line Manager, as well as a Sr. Systems Engineer, focusing on display systems and radio management systems for Agusta helicopters.

Victor Mesny obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace from the ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile between the years 1994 and 1997.
