Maxim Nikitin

Maxim Nikitin, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at AVTODOM since August 2023, overseeing a legal department of 23 subordinates and managing various aspects including real estate, document workflow, M&A projects, strategic risk management, and corporate governance. Previously, Maxim held the position of Chief Legal Officer at ATOL Group from March 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included legal support for a family office and data protection. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Legal Officer at Virgin Connect, Partner in private practice, General Counsel at En+ Group, Head of Legal at Tele2 Россия, and Deputy General Director/Legal at Polar Quartz. Maxim began a career in law as a Legal Assistant at Debevoise & Plimpton. Educational qualifications include an MBA from WU Executive Academy and the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a degree in Business Law from Moscow State Law Academy.
