Alyssa Giannola is currently the Host Manager at AVVAY. Prior to that, they were a receptionist at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough from September 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Video Project Coordinator at Liberty University from October 2015 to March 2019. Giannola began their professional career as a Front Desk Clerk at Ida Lee Recreation Center from March 2012 to April 2015. Alyssa started their working life as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from June 2009 to August 2011.

Alyssa Giannola is a graduate of Regent University, where they earned their Master's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Alyssa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Alliance University.
