Krista Finney has worked in the marketing and sales fields for six years. Krista started their career in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant at Nestl\u00e9. In the same year, they also began working as a Trade Marketing Assistant at Unilever, where they established the modern trade activation calendar per retailer, managed budgets, coordinated and monitored trade activities, analyzed animation results, and provided monthly competitive assortment and prices per retailer. In 2019, Krista joined OLKA as a Senior Group Brand Manager for GIVENCHY, HERMES, and ACQUA DI PARMA. During their time there, they introduced the new niche brand ACQUA DI PARMA in the Moroccan market, developed a 3-year brand strategy, executed marketing plans, worked in close partnership with the Global Marketing team, built a 360-activation plan, and kept track of the weekly market share. Krista also defined marketing budgets, forecast management, defined SKU assortment lists, worked with local and global merchandising teams, prepared sales materials, organized a Brand Press Event Launch Celebration, identified new business opportunities, and developed ongoing and monthly business reviews. In 2021, Krista began working as a Social Media & Sales consultant at AVX Digital.

Krista Finney obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Howard University in 1993. Krista then attended DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MIS. Krista subsequently attended Roosevelt University from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2021, Krista earned three certifications from LinkedIn: Programming Foundations: Algorithms, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, and Practical HTML for Marketing Projects.
