Francine Roberts is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in medical assistance, care coordination, and patient support. AW Health Care provides medical home health care - - - skilled nursing care, PT/OT/speech therapy, home health aides and medical social work. AW also provides personal home care - - - private duty services, support with daily living activities, household management, skilled nursing services, veterans assistance, Medicaid Chore Services, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) and geriatric case management.
