Jordan Allen

Jordan Allen currently holds the position of Director of Operations at A&W Restaurants, Inc., starting in April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Region Vice President and Field Training Manager at Arby's from June 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed supporting company regions in Minnesota and Utah and assisting the West Division franchise management team. Additionally, Jordan held the role of Area Supervisor for corporate Arby’s restaurants in Northern Indiana. Prior to Arby's, Jordan worked at Fazoli's System Management, LLC, from October 2011 to May 2018, progressing through various positions including Multi Unit Supervisor, General Manager/Market Trainer, and Assistant General Manager. Jordan Allen earned an Associate of Science degree in Technology from Eastern Kentucky University.
