Nada Tarek

Nada Tarek is a Research and Development Specialist at AWA Group, focusing on new product development and recipe optimization for B to C projects since July 2022. Previously, Nada served as a Microbiologist at Cold Alex for Food Processing, conducting microbiological analyses on frozen fruits and vegetables, and completed an internship at the Animal Health Research Institute in food analysis and water microbiology. Additional training includes food safety at Zewail City of Science and Technology and protein isolation at SRTA-City. Nada holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, and Technology from Alexandria University.
