Joshua Wilsher

Joshua Wilsher is an experienced UX designer and manager with a diverse background in user experience, graphic design, and product design. At Awardco, Joshua has progressed through various roles since November 2021, currently serving as a UX Design Manager. Prior experience includes a User Experience Designer position at Dental Intelligence Inc., where Joshua led a team of remote designers and established UX best practices. Joshua also interned at Utah Valley University, assisting with the redesign of the university's Digital Media homepage. Prior to these roles, Joshua gained extensive design experience at Action Sports Group, Crest Financial, and other companies, where responsibilities included branding, product design, customer service, and technical support. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design and Development with an emphasis on Interaction Design from Utah Valley University.
