Madison Bauer-Avila is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruiting Supervisor at Awardco since August 2021. In this role, Madison trained and developed a team, establishing key metrics and performance indicators for the recruiting department.
